- 3 cups vegetable broth
- Garlic, pepper, any seasonings you like
- 1 head of broccoli (and/or cauliflower)
- 1 carrot, coined
- 1 zucchini, coined
- 1 squash, coined
- 1 can corn, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine ingredients on stove or in slow cooker and cook until vegetables are to the tenderness you prefer. I boiled mine on the stove and it cooked in under 30 minutes, but I’ve also cooked it in the slow cooker low and slow for about 2 hours.
