  • 1 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded, low moisture
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F / 200C. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
  2. In a medium bowl mix well the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, seasonings, and salt using your a spatula or your hands.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture as thick as possible (about 1/2 inch thick) onto the parchment paper in the desired pizza shape.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until it the edges look brown.
