Lemon Chia Seed Pudding


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/4 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. honey (or preferred sweetener, Stevia to taste for low carb)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp honey (or preferred sweetener, Stevia to taste for low carb)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours of overnight.
