Just like candied apples these strawberries are lovely and fun to eat! a thin candy shell around these fresh delicious strawberries


  • 2 C granulated sugar
  • 2/3 C water
  • 1/2 C light corn syrup
  • Strawberries


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat
  2. When the sugar is dissolved turn the heat up and simmer
  3. Using a candy thermometer heat the candy to 300-310° and turn the heat to low (I actually turn it down at 290°)
