If you love tea and finding ways to boost your health then these matcha pistachio ice lollies will be right up your street, and seeing as we’re in the mid of summer I thought some frozen matcha treats would go down well.


  • 2 tsp. Matcha
  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • ¼ cup of liquid sweetener</br><br>
  • <b>Topping</b><br><br>
  • 40 g crushed pistachios
  • 50 g melted dark chocolate


  1. Combine the ice lolly ingredients well, ensuring there is no lumps
  2. Pour into your ice lolly moulds
  3. Place in the freezer to firm up for 1 hour
  4. Remove from the freezer and add in the wooden sticks
