Mexican Zucchini and Beef Skillet

This low carb Mexican zucchini and ground beef recipe is a simple dish made with low cost ingredients. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add in onions and garlic, and cook for about 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, beans, chilies, lime juice, spices, and salt & pepper. Turn heat to low. Add in the zucchini. Top with cilantro and serve.
