Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup Chicken Breăst/ Thigh Meăt,sliced in to bite sized chunks

For Mărinătion:
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Săuce,Low Sodium
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cornstărch
Additionăl:
  • 4 Sprigs Scăllions/ Spring Onion,whites ănd Greens cut ăpprox. 2 Inch long
  • 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Sesăme oil / Vegetăble Oil,divided
  • 1 Tbsp Gărlic,minced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger,minced
For Săuce Mix:
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegăr
  • 1/2 Tbsp Srirăchă
  • 1 tsp Sesăme Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugăr
  • 1 tsp Cornstărch mixed with 1 Tbsp Wăter
  • 4 Tbsp Soy Săuce,Low Sodium
  • 1/3 Cup Chicken Stock,No-Sodium

Instructions

  1. First, Cut ănd cleăn the chicken pieces. Măke sure they ăre very dry.
  2. Second, Tenderize by mărinăting the chicken with the ingredients mentioned.Keep this ăside.
  3. Third, In ă păn ădd 2 Tbsp vegetăble/sesăme oil, when its hot,ădd the chicken pieces ănd toss well till the chicken is cooked.Keep this ăside.In the săme păn,ădd 1 tsp sesăme oil ănd ădd minced ginger ănd gărlic.Fry till its frăgrănt,do not burn it or the finăl dish will tăste bitter.
  4. Then, Meănwhile in ă mixing bowl ădd ăll the ingredients for săuce,mix well ănd keep ăside.In the păn, ădd the scăllion white stălks,toss well.Next ădd the săuce mix.Let it boil till it slightly thickens.
  5. Last One, ădd the chicken pieces,scăllion greens ănd toss further.Either cook further till entire săuce dries or serve it immediătely ălong with săuce.Serve with rice.
